By accessing and using PixelTools ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

PixelTools provides free, browser-based image processing tools including but not limited to: image compression, resizing, format conversion, cropping, rotation, flipping, grayscale conversion, blur effects, brightness/contrast adjustment, EXIF metadata removal, Base64 encoding/decoding, favicon generation, watermarking, and image quality analysis. All processing is performed client-side in your browser. We do not store, process, or transmit your image files on our servers.

You agree to use PixelTools only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to: • Process images that violate any applicable laws or regulations • Process images that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others • Process images containing illegal content including but not limited to child sexual abuse material • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service • Misrepresent the origin or ownership of processed images We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

The PixelTools website, including its design, code, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by PixelTools and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all images you process using our tools. We claim no rights over your image content. The act of using our tools does not transfer any intellectual property rights to us. The PixelTools name, logo, and brand are trademarks of PixelTools. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

PixelTools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements • Any errors in the Service will be corrected Image processing results depend on your browser's capabilities and the input image quality. We make no guarantees about output quality or compatibility with specific use cases.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is zero, as the Service is free).

Your use of PixelTools is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices. Key privacy point: Your images are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers. We have no access to your image content.

PixelTools may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks including Google AdSense. These advertisements help us keep the Service free for all users. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on advertisements may take you to third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
